We take the privacy of medical data seriously. This page describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Codini is a software studio based in Tunis, Tunisia. This policy explains how we handle data across our website (codini.tn) and the products we build and operate for our clients, including Surgeon Software.
On the website, we collect the details you submit through contact and project forms — typically your name, email, phone number and message.
Within Surgeon Software, surgeons store their own professional records — patient details, operations, photos and operative reports. That content belongs to the surgeon who created it. We process it only to provide the service.
We use the data to respond to enquiries, deliver and support the software, and keep accounts working. We do not sell personal data and we do not use patient records for advertising or analytics.
Each surgeon is assigned isolated, encrypted cloud storage — records are not shared between accounts. Files are transferred over encrypted connections. Access is protected by authentication, and credentials are never stored in plain text.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service:
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
We keep account and record data for as long as the account is active. On request, or when an account is closed, we remove the associated data and stored files within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to export your records. Contact us and we will action the request within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
