Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Codini's website and the software we provide, including Surgeon Software. By using the service you agree to them. If you are using the software on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Surgeon Software is provided, installed and set up directly by Codini — it is not available as a public download. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own professional practice for the duration of your agreement with us.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access.

The patient records, photos and reports you create remain yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of that content and for obtaining any patient consent required to store and process it. You confirm you have the right to upload everything you add to the software.

Do not use the software unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, share your access with unauthorised parties, or upload content you have no right to store. We may suspend access in case of serious or repeated misuse.

Surgeon Software is a record-keeping and organisation tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. You remain solely responsible for clinical decisions and for meeting the medical record-keeping obligations that apply to your practice.

We work to keep the service available and to support it, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or factors outside our control may cause occasional downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, Codini is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia.
